What is Greets Green New Deal for Communities?
The New Deal for Communities (NDC) programme has been established by the Government to tackle multiple deprivations in the most deprived neighbourhoods in the country. It aims to bridge the gap between these neighbourhoods and the rest of England by giving some of our poorest communities the resources to tackle their problems in an intensive and coordinated way.
There are 39 New Deal for Communities areas in the country one of which, the Greets Green NDC area, is situated in the Borough of Sandwell.
