Housing Affordability
Posted by: Andrew Turvey on 14/07/2008 12:36:15 We have completed work on the affordability of housing in the Urban Living area, based on Land Registry sales data and CACI household income estimates. The research suggests that housing in the Urban Living area is very affordable but that despite some negative impact from the 'credit crunch', prices have still been increasing, especially for newly built housing. Read the full report, which has been funded by Urban Living, here: Affordability of Housing in the Urban Living area Alternatively, have a look at our interactive map of this data here: Interactive map of Affordability in the Urban Living area 2001-2007 |
